Our On Demand workouts are designed to give you your favourite classes in the comfort of your own home.
How do I create an account?
Virtually Fresh is part of a peak membership at Fresh Gym. If you would like to activate your account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org asking for Virtually Fresh activation.
Is it possible to have a trial first?
Yes. Please email us at email@example.com and we will register you for a trial period.
Are Virtually Fresh live classes still running ?
Virtually Fresh was designed to continue classes from home while gyms were closed due to government restrictions. With COVID restrictions lifting and listening to feedback from our members, the live-streaming has been temporarily put on hold.
We feel that we are unable to offer the best online experience at this point and removing the camera would allow the instructor to focus on those in the room. We have therefore come to the decision to stop streaming classes as of Monday 11th October.
Can I watch the videos on my mobile device?
Yes, of course. You can watch all our videos on mobile devices, tablets, screens and even your TV.
Do I need any equipment to take part?
The majority of our classes do not require any equipment.
Is it possible to ask the class Instructor questions?
Where classes were Live-streamed, we offered a ‘Chat’ function so our Instructors could keep in touch with you.
Although this function is not available On Demand, you can always get in touch by contacting us, as we would love to answer any questions you had.
What happens if I miss a Live class?
All classes were recorded and added to our On Demand library for future viewing, at your convenience. With over 1500 classes available there is something for everyone.
As Live classes have ceased, there will be no new content for the time-being.
