How do I create an account?
Once you subscribe, you will be prompted to create an account. Please remember not to share your username and password with others and do not save them onto a shared or public device.
Do you run face-to-face classes?
Yes, our doors are open again and we are running classes daily. Details of our Fresh Gym classes and Fresh Air Outdoor training can be found on our website www.trainfresh.com.
Can I try out your videos?
Activate your 7 day free trial by signing up to our monthly subscription here. There is no contract, and you can cancel anytime.
Do I need any previous experience?
No, you do not need any previous experience in exercise to enjoy our content. Our videos are designed for guidance and motivational purposes only.
If you have any reservations about your suitability to take part in exercise, please seek medical advice before taking party.
Do I have to pay to access your online classes?
The whole of our video library is included in the Fresh Gym membership. It is also available to non-members of Fresh via a subscription service.
We offer new subscribers a FREE 7-day trial, followed by a monthly subscription of £25 which you can cancel at any time. To activate the free trial, sign up to the monthly subscription. You will need to enter credit card details and payment will be taken automatically at the end of the 7-day trial.
Are you running classes during Covid-19?
In light of the current UK Government guidelines, we understand that social distancing measurements will be in place for the foreseeable future and continue to operate Fresh Gym & Classes and FreshAir Outdoor training in a Covid-safe way, following strict cleaning and distancing guidelines.
We realise that not every individual is able to return to a gym environment straight away and, for this reason, Fresh is committed to delivering accessible fitness and wellbeing content while following all health guidelines during this time. As a result, we are able to offer a choice or combination for fitness – attending classes in person and/or using our online platform.
Can I watch video on my mobile device?
Yes, of course. You can watch all our videos on mobile devices, tablets and screens.
How do I cancel my Virtually Fresh subscription?
You can cancel your Virtually Fresh subscription at any time in the ‘Account’ section. You will need to visit the login page to be able to access your Account.
Select ‘Subscriptions’ in the menu to ‘view’ your subscription and select ‘Cancel’ – you may receive a pop up confirming the cancellation, click ‘Okay’ to continue. You must cancel your subscription before the end of your current subscription period in order to avoid being charged for the next period’s subscription fee. There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current subscription period.
