How do I create an account?

Virtually Fresh is part of a peak membership at Fresh Gym. If you would like to activate your account, please email info@trainfresh.com asking for Virtually Fresh activation.

Is it possible to have a trial first?

Yes. Please email us at info@trainfresh.co.uk and we will register you for a trial period.

Are Virtually Fresh classes still running during Covid-19?

Yes, Virtually Fresh was designed to continue classes from home while gyms were closed due to government restrictions. With our new and exciting tech, we can continually provide Virtually Fresh classes, even once our doors open again. Virtually Fresh is here to stay.

Can I watch the videos on my mobile device?

Yes, of course. You can watch all our videos on mobile devices, tablets, screens and even your TV.

Do I need any equipment to take part?

The majority of our classes do not require any equipment.

Is it possible to ask the class Instructor questions?

Yes, of course, we have ‘Chat’ function for all Live classes and our Instructors love to answer any questions you may have. 

What happens if I miss a Live class?

All classes are recorded and added to our On Demand library for future viewing, at your convenience.
