Our Story

Fresh Gym has been supporting the local community of Shepperton with their health and wellbeing for over 10 years. With the outbreak of Covid-19 and the closure of gyms, we had to adapt and take our support online and Virtually Fresh was created. 

You’ll find a Live stream of our regular classes with all your favourite instructors into your own home. Plus you can access On Demand all previous classes with over a 1000 to choose from – just in case you had a favourite.

This has been a really exciting project for the whole of the Fresh Team to work on and goes to show a lot of good can come out of adversity.

We hope you enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed creating it and allow us to continue our passion of helping improve the health and wellbeing of the local community.
