Our Story

With over 200 workouts available, our Live-stream and On Demand sessions are designed to give you your favourite classes in the comfort of your own home.

2020 has been a year of learning so many new things and, with the onset of Covid-19, we diverted our energies from Fresh Gym to Virtually Fresh. Our aim was to create a platform that would bring you live workouts and classes every day.

Here at Virtually Fresh you can share our journey from the raw first classes we brought you ‘live’ from our homes and gardens to the classes we bring you now ‘live’ from our Dance Studio.

This was a steep learning curve and incredibly tough at the start – learning new tech, software and experimenting with different cameras and mics. We hope, as you work your way through the classes, you’ll see how we learned as time went on. We worked hard to improve your user experience – we invested in new tech, better cameras and software, enhancing the workouts with better sound and quality.

We built this website for you – to give you online access to our classes and sessions. We will continually strive to improve our offering and we hope you’ll be understanding if occasionally there’s a tech blip – our specialism is fitness training after all!

Fresh on demand classes

Body conditioning

Aimed for that strong and toned physique these classes use resistance training and aerobic moves to work on your strength and muscular endurance.

Dance fit

A unique dance class mixing the steps of Ballroom and up-tempo Latin. It’s fun, energetic and it’s for everyone. No dance exerperience required!

Circuits

Designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of exercises with different formats – aiming to keep you working hard and staying motivated.

Lunch time circuits

Mini 30 minute workouts to get the whole body moving. Perfect for a lunch-time blast.

Pilates

Work that core! Improve posture and general well being. Increasing strength, flexibility and control of the body helping relieve back and neck pain.

Yoga

A variation of flows combining physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen and lengthen the muscles and relieve stress.

Body Blast

Blast that body into shape with these high energy workouts. It will tone those legs, abs and arms whilst burning calories.

T45

Get lean, toned and fit in these workouts which focuses on the whole body. You’ll love the exercises and burn plenty of calories in the process.

Spinning

Endorphin-releasing cardio workouts on the bike. Suitable for all levels to get your heart rate up and burn some serious calories.

Zumba

Hot latino dance steps. Come and join the party!
