Our Story
Fresh Gym has been supporting the local community of Shepperton with their health and wellbeing for over 10 years. With the outbreak of Covid-19 and the closure of gyms, we had to adapt and take our support online and Virtually Fresh was created.
During COVID Virtually Fresh allowed us to keep in touch with you, offering a timetable of your favourite classes Live streamed into your own home. With COVID restrictions lifting and the classes returning to regular numbers, our Live-stream has stopped for the time being (as of the 11th October 2021).
With over 1500 classes recorded, these workouts are still available to you On Demand so you can access them when and where you want to.
This has been a really exciting project for the whole of the Fresh Team to work on and goes to show a lot of good can come out of adversity.
We hope you enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed creating it and allow us to continue our passion of helping improve the health and wellbeing of the local community.
